WORLD WAR II WORKSHOP

This is a hands-on experience with artefacts from the Museum's collection. A visit to the old air raid shelter in Castle Gardens while listening to the sound of air raid sirens, brings the subject to life. Topics include rationing, evacuation and how children lived during the 1939-1945 war. |
