The Parsons Nose was opened ion Novemeber 2009 by Balloo Inns LTD. Situated in the beautiful market village of Hillsborough, County Down it was orginally a Georgian House, first built by the last Marquis of Downshire.

The Menu reflects the company’s passion for the good food, offering only the finest produce, wines and ales. The pub is full of atmosphere, character and charm.
